Staying in Bow View Lodge looking over the river Bow. Had a lovely walk along it before dinner in a restaurant called The Keg. Had a great meal of prime rib cooked medium rare accompanied by garlic mash and veg. All perfectly cooked. During our walk into town Jim met his deer below.

On the way home we walked back along the river and saw a muskrat (like a beaver) on the far bank.

Yes Brian. Jim has not had to resort to Coors Light. There are lots of local breweries in British Columbia and Alberta so he has sampled some nice beers.
