Sunday June 10th 2018 - on the road and overnight in Hotel Restaurant Hollerather Hof in Hellenthal.

Our hope had been to have breakfast in the cafe up the road but it is closed on Sunday so we set off and stopped at a services area.

I had chosen this hotel because of its recommended restaurant. It was just our luck that the chef had called in sick. However, it was a lovely place, in beautiful country surroundings and the owner recommended some restaurants in a nearby town - Schleiden.

We had a nice drink before going to bed and had a comfortable night. A good choice of hotel!
